These terms govern your use of Northeast Scoopers' website and services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to them. This is a general template, please review it with a qualified professional before relying on it.
Our service
Northeast Scoopers provides dog waste removal and related yard services in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Recurring plans are billed on a 4-week cycle and quoted per visit. There are no long-term contracts, you may pause, change, or cancel at any time in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain safe access into and out of the yard. If we are unable to clean due to access (locked gate, unsafe conditions, etc.), you may still be charged for that visit.
- Notify us promptly of any change in the number of pets.
- Make prompt payment of balances due.
Scheduling & weather
Inclement weather may make a scheduled cleanup hazardous or impossible. In that event, we will service your yard as soon as reasonably possible. If your pet(s) won't be using the yard for a period (vacation, illness, etc.) and you don't wish to be charged, please let us know in advance to pause service.
Payment & changes
Fees and promotions are subject to change; in the rare event of a change, we'll notify you at least two (2) weeks in advance. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
Liability
We assume no liability for damage to yards, gates, pets, or other property except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate service in writing at any time. By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.
